If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our streamlined return process ensures a quick resolution for your studio or booth needs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request for the specific hardware.

  Pack with Care

  Secure the equipment in its original factory box, including all cables, manuals, and software license cards, then place it inside a sturdy shipping carton.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no old tracking barcodes are visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
